We get on a free 30-minute call — no agenda, just listening. You tell us about the person you're thinking about right now. Their name. Their stories. What you're afraid of losing.
We figure out together whether an EraLoom Legacy Session is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly. If it is, we schedule and get to work.
We Prepare
This is where most of our work happens — before any camera is ever turned on. We learn your family's history. We build a custom question set designed specifically for your parent: the questions only their family can answer, that unlock the stories they haven't thought to tell in years.
We handle all logistics — scheduling, location, any prep your parent needs. They don't memorize anything. They don't need to prepare a speech. They just show up as themselves.
We Record
In person or virtually — we come to your parent's home, or meet them over video. The session runs about 90 minutes. We guide the conversation. Your parent tells their stories the way they've always told them — at their own pace, in their own words.
You can be in the room, or you can receive the film as a complete surprise. We'll talk through what's right for your family.
You Receive
Your Legacy Film and highlight clips are delivered privately within 14 days of the session. Watch it alone first, if you need to. Then watch it together. Then send it to the kids to watch again in ten years.
The film is yours. It's never shared or published without your explicit written consent.
