EraLoom exists to preserve voices, memories, and life lessons with care - so families inherit more than photographs.
Most families mean to record their stories someday.
But voices fade faster than we expect. Memories go unasked. Lessons are never recorded.
EraLoom was created to make preservation feel possible - calm, guided, and human. We help families ask the right questions, listen with intention, and protect stories with dignity.
This work isn’t about nostalgia. It’s about continuity.
Guided, Not Performed
Our sessions feel like conversations, not productions.
Ethical & Trauma-Aware
We move slowly, offer breaks, and never push into discomfort.
Built to Last
Films are crafted for families, not algorithms—and delivered with care.
Every EraLoom experience follows the L.E.G.A.C.Y. Method™ - a gentle interview framework that honors life settings, experiences, generations, affection, challenges, and wisdom.
The method allows us to adapt formats - interviews, storytelling, photo reviews, or messages for future generations - without ever losing the human thread.
My father passed away unexpectedly in June of 2023.
He was a natural storyteller—funny, observant, and the keeper of our family’s legends. Those stories were told and retold for years, but never written down.
While sorting through his old photographs and memorabilia, I found a short video I had recorded of him nearly thirty years earlier.
Hearing his voice again—seeing his expressions—felt like a conversation across time. It was something photos alone could never give me.
That moment changed everything.
It made something very clear to me: photographs are precious, and memories matter - but there is nothing like hearing someone speak, seeing their expressions, catching the humor, the pauses, and the way they tell a story in their own words.
EraLoom exists so families don’t lose their voices to time. It’s here to help people share their stories, understand where they came from, and build connection across generations and communities—while we still can.

Founder, EraLoom™
For every EraLoom Film created, we support Community EraLoom Sessions offered through libraries, veterans groups, and senior centers.
Stories preserved through these partnerships are tracked in our quarterly EraLoom Impact Report™—because impact should be visible, not symbolic.
